How to get an quickly reply or quotation?
Send your inquiry inlcuding: Item No. product url, buying quantity, packing reuqirment, product pic, trade term FOB, CIF port, Or express. What is your accepted payment type?
For small order, We only accept TT. For large order amout above:200,000USD, we also accept LC if your bank reputation is good.
How can I get the samples?
After price approved,sample fee received and design approved, then we will start to make samples. Usually make 3 pcs samples for quality testing. If you have express account, please tell us your express account, such tnt,dhl,fedex,ups, so we can send samples by collected. If you don't have express account, please pay shipping fee together when pay sample fee. Please don't forget tell us your detail delivery address, tel, full name, postal code.
How long is the mass production leadtime?
Usually about 15-35 working days after deposited received and sample approved.
You have stock paper box for sale?
All our products are designed and made according to customer's demands.
Minimum order quantity?
Different items have different MOQ. So please tell us details and pic of porudct image. After we received it, we will tell you MOQ. For bags usually 1000pcs for screen printing, 5000pcs for lamination printing.So special material or printing method, MOQ:10000pcs. For lighting items,usually MOQ:2000USD.
How to ship goods to me?
You can tell us your forwader contact info if by FOB trade term. If you don't have your own forwarder, we have fowarder can send goods to you. If you want fastest speed to receive goods, you can call your local dhl,fedex,tnt to pickup from us. But before you call them, please ask carton size, G.W. from us, after they quote you shipping fee, you accepted, then call them to pick up from us.
